Meet Collemore and Help the Bear
Bringing a ray of hope into the lives of children.
 Children entering the foster care system often face extremely high anxiety at the thought of losing their parent(s)/guardian, their home and even their siblings. Help the Bear is a program designed to bring a ray of hope into the lives of children who are faced with the weight of abandonment and loss.
This program aims to give every child that is brought into the Methodist Children's Home a sweet and comforting bear named Collemore, which will become a constant companion as these children move through the system.
How to Help a Bear:
For every $50 donation to the Help the Bear Program, Collemore will be given to a child entering foster care.
